Why Chant?

The spirit of humanity often shines best when
expressed through song.

mantras to all audiences and

   Why Chant?

Chanting in unison offers uplifting and healing effects.

While chanting, the lines between musician and audience are blurred.

The audience members play a vital role in the music through their singing with

or in response to the call of the artist.

Chanting mantra can be used by anyone looking for inner peace and joy.

It is a powerful way of connecting with your inner knowing and can

help you reach a deep state of bliss.

“Man” means mind, “tra” means wave or projections.

Therefore, mantra is the projection of the mind through sound vibrations.

When a mantra is pronounced repeatedly, the sound waves fill our bodies and

are transformed into vibrations.

That's why we call it a "sound current" rather than "music."

It's perfect for meditation.

Mantras are chanted in any language.

It is helpful to know the meaning of a mantra; however, it is not essential to getting the desired effect.

Chanting mantras is also helpful to clear the subconscious mind of negative thoughts.

Sometimes my thoughts can get on a loop cycle!

Chanting mantra helps me keep the invasive thoughts at bay.

Like all meditations, chanting mantra can bring peace, calm, and joy into your life.

It can help raise your vibrational frequency by filling you with positive vibrations.

Mantra helps me be present, live in each moment, and focus on what is important in my life.

The age-old tradition of chanting mantra can be used by anyone looking for

inner peace and joy.

Repeating a mantra for ...

7 minutes - Causes brain patterns to begin to shift and the magnetic field surrounding the body to increase in strength.

11 minutes - Begins to transform the nerves and the glandular system.

22 minutes - The three minds, negative, positive, and neutral, begin to balance and begin to work together. The subconscious mind begins to clear.

31 minutes - Allows the glands, breath, and concentration to affect all the cells and rhythms of the body. Endocrine secretions become balanced.

62 minutes - Stimulates the frontal lobe of the brain; pituitary and pineal glands. You work through the physical body, emotions, and mental states and are now in communication with aspects of divinity within the self.

2 1/2 hours - Changes the psyche in its co-relation with the surrounding magnetic field so that the subconscious mind is held firmly in the new pattern by the surrounding universal mind. You can totally remake your psyche.
