Before anything changes, your body needs to feel safe

Rebuild self-worth

  • What would my healing space feel like?

  • What do I deserve?

  • What wants to be seen?

Practice:
Look at yourself and say “I am worth healing” & "I am worthy" & "I am a precious one"

3. IN THE MAZE

Separate truth from conditioning

Not everything you believe about yourself is yours.

 

Ask:

  • What did the world teach me about myself?

  • Which of those are false?

  • What wants to be seen?

Practice:
Two columns:
“What I was told” vs “What is true”

4. COMPASSION

Interrupt self-attack

You don’t heal through shame. Ever.

Ask:

  • What did you feel?

  • Where am I hardest on myself?

  • What would compassion sound like instead?

Practice:
Hand on heart

Repeat:
“I hold compassion for myself. I hold love”

5. SORROW

Let grief move

Unfelt pain doesn’t disappear. It stays stored

Ask:

  • What have I lost?

  • What have I never said out loud?

  • What wants to be seen?

Practice:
Feel without fixing
Crying, silence, numbness .. all valid

Feel free to release.

6. I SURRENDER

Release control

Control is often fear in disguise

Ask:

  • What am I trying to control?

  • What would happen if I let go?

  • What wants to be seen?

Practice:
Palms open
Say “I let it go" & "I surrender"

7. FOREST SONG (With Love)

Reconnect to something bigger

You are not alone, even when it feels like it

Nature heals

Ask:

  • When have I felt connected?

  • What naturally brings me peace?

  • What wants to be seen?

Practice:
In your room, notice breath, air, light

Or walk in nature & notice everything

8. COMPASSION (FUNK)

Move the energy

Trauma lives in the body. Movement releases it.

Practice:
Move for the entire song
No choreography. Just expression.

Move each area of your body & let it say what it wants to say in movement

After, ask:

  • What did movement feel like?

  • Where do I feel more alive?

  • ​Journal

9. EVERYTHING IS LOVE

Integrate and choose who you become

This is where truth meets responsibility.

Ask:

  • What in my past was a call for love?

  • What do I need now?

  • Who do I choose to become?

Practice:
Sit in silence for 2 minutes
Let it land before writing -- then journal
