Oh sweet one
Home of my heart
I’ll hold when you cry
And when the night feels too dark
CHORUS:
You are safe
You are safe
Rest into my love for you
My angel ..
Let me tell you more
Until you know
Until you see
I’m the ocean you’re the shore
Oh dear one
I hear you now
Forgive me that it took so long
Let me show you now
CHORUS
2. OPEN MY HEART & SOUL
Prepare your heart & soul
Being recorded. Ready soon!

Here you will see
The precious one
That’s in front of me
It’s your life.
There is no blame
So let the tears fall
Again and again
May this be your house of healing
Here our pain is seen and known
May your heart be strong and open
You are loved
You're not alone
CHORUS
MANTRA:
I love you X4
I love me ...
3. IN THE MAZE

Feel without fixing
Crying, silence, numbness .. all valid

Sorrow
You’re back again
Deep Grief
My old friend
You are welcome here.
Like my joy. Like my angst. Like my fear
Heartache
Are you here to stay?
Sadness
It’s all okay
You are welcome now.
Like my shame. Like my hope. I’ll allow
CHORUS:
Your heart you must console …
This path of courage gives you your soul
MANTRA:
Nam Myoho Renge Kyo
(A prayer for peace. A vow to yourself to win over your suffering)
Your heart please console …
This path of courage gives you your soul
6. I SURRENDER
Release control
Control is often fear in disguise
While listening, ask:
-
What am I trying to control?
-
What would happen if I let go?
-
What wants to be seen?
-
Let the song move through you .. journal during or after
Practice:
Palms open
Say “I let it go" & "I surrender"
LYRICS:
I thought that the heavens above
Would open in circles and bring down your love
But I’m drifting here
Lost on the tide
Blind to the path
And the way to your side
I’ll carry the weight
I’ll stand through the strain
But each step I take
Brings a shadow of pain
And I question what’s true
What’s in my way
Just the hope you might
Return one day
CHORUS:
I surrender x3
To love
To love
I’ll believe in the power within and trust
In each journey following wanderlust
In peace, I’ll walk with you still
Each moment that passes, each hour I fill
When I close my eyes
I find you there
In every breath
In the morning air
Your presence unseen
Yet I know it’s true
The light you held is what guides me to you
CHORUS
BRIDGE:
Hold to your path
Don't turn away.
For even the past finds its meaning someday
CHORUS
Being recorded. Ready soon!

Reconnect to something bigger
You are not alone, even when it feels like it
Nature heals

-
When have I felt connected to myself?
-
What naturally brings me peace?
-
What wants to be seen?
-
Let the song move through you .. journal during or after
Practice:
In your room, notice your breath. How does light land in your space?
Walk in nature & notice everything -- sounds, sun on your face ..
LYRICS:
I walked through the forest
I wept with the trees
I sang to the sparrow
Fell down on my knees
With gratitude
With joy
And most of all
With love
I wandered the meadow
Sunlight on me
Listened to rivers
Sounds running free
With wonder
And hope
And most of all
With love
CHORUS:
With love
Steps show I’m growing
Breath I am free
The earth & the sky
Sing inside of me
With strength
With grace
And most of all
With love
With love I rise
With love I fall
I open I soften
I answer the call
With courage
With faith
And most of all
With love
CHORUS
Being recorded. Ready soon!
8. STANDING IN LOVE
Move the energy
Trauma lives in the body. Movement releases it.
Practice:
Move for the entire song
No choreography. Just expression.
Move each area of your body & let it say what it wants to say in movement
After, ask:
-
What did movement feel like?
-
Where do I feel more alive?
-
Journal
LYRICS:
In this time of illusion
I see these games we play and
I learn what life brings when I’m
Not sure what to say
I’ll take your hand when you’re hurting and
When your faith is gone and
I’ll show you angel how
Love can go on
We'll stand ...
CHORUS
I stand on the ground of love
Standing in love
I stand on the ground of love
Standing in love
In this time of light
My heart stretching wide and
I open more to reach
Clear to the other side
BRIDGE
Only in silence do we
Mean what we say
Only in silence can hearts
Truly convey
CHORUS
Being recorded. Ready soon!

Additional Support SONGS
Lullaby – A Song for Healing the Inner Child
Healing Exercise: Comforting Your Inner Child
As you listen, gently wrap your arms around yourself or slowly rock your body if it feels comforting.
Imagine you're offering love and reassurance to the younger part of you who needed to feel safe, seen, and cherished.
With each repetition of "Gently rocking myself to sleep," allow yourself to soften, let go, and simply rest in the comfort of this moment.
Bountiful Blissful Beautiful
Healing Exercise: Receiving Love
Before the music begins, place a hand over your heart and take a slow, gentle breath. As you listen, imagine the words are being sung directly to you. If self-doubt arises, simply notice it and return to the music.
With each repetition of "I am bountiful, I am blissful, I am beautiful," allow yourself to receive these qualities without needing to prove or earn them.
As you hear, "There is love for you. There is love for me," imagine your heart opening to give and receive love. When the song ends, ask yourself:
"What is one beautiful thing I can appreciate about myself today?
Hear Me Oh God
Healing Exercise: Entering Stillness
This song uses the word "God." If that word speaks to your heart, allow yourself to receive it fully. If it doesn't, you're welcome to substitute whatever feels most meaningful to you .. Love, Source, Spirit, Divine Presence, Life, Higher Self, or simply the quiet wisdom within.
The invitation is the same: to enter a place of stillness and connection.
Heaven Is In Me Right Now
Healing Exercise: Returning Home
Sit comfortably and close your eyes if you wish.
As you listen, notice what the verses awaken in you.
When the mantra begins, place a hand over your heart. With each repetition of "Heaven is in me right now," let the words sink deeply into your heart. If your mind wanders, gently return to the mantra. Heaven is indeed in you right now. Not someday. Not when life is easier. Not when you're happier. Right now.
As the song ends, sit quietly for another minute. Notice whether anything has shifted .. even in a small way. Carry the mantra with you throughout the day whenever you feel disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed.
The Power of Now
Exercise: Enter the Present Moment
I wrote this song about Eckhart Tolle’s book “The Power of Now” .. Its message had a profound impact on me, and the song came through me shortly after I read it.
Perhaps put this book on your list of books to read.
Fiercely - Hummee Hum Brahm Hum
Exercise: Massage Your Mind
Hummee Hum Brahm Hum translates to: “We are the Infinite. We are the Divine.”
But beyond the deep meaning, there’s a secret weapon to this practice: the humming.
When you hum .. “mmmmmm” .. you aren’t just making noise.. you’re giving your nervous system a hug.
Science and ancient tradition agree that humming can stimulate your vagus nerve and genuinely calm you down. Hum along, feel the vibration, and notice what shifts. Sing along once each morning for these 7 minutes and notice how you feel.
I hope this brings you a little more peace and good vibes today.
Akaal
Exercise: A Practice for the Passage
The chant "Akaal" was created to accompany one of life's most sacred moments ..death ..the journey back to Source.
Akaal comes from the Sikh tradition and means the Timeless One .. beyond birth and death. This chant has long been offered to help the soul gently let go and return Home. Whether you call that God, Source, the Universe, the Great Mystery, or simply Love, the intention is the same. You don't need to be Sikh, or religious, to receive its gift. Just listen. Breathe. Let the sound hold you.
May this offering bring peace to those who are dying, comfort to those who love them, and healing to those who grieve. After all, we're simply walking each other home.
