With training in tantra, intimacy practices, and consciousness-based workshops,

Wendy is a devoted believer in embodiment as a pathway to living more fully, truthfully, and alive.

She feels deeply called to help heal the cultural legacy of shame and guilt around sexuality, and to restore an awareness of the beauty, respect, and inherent holiness of our bodies.

At the heart of her work is a simple truth:
our life-force energy is as innocent and natural as breath.

Juicy YOU! Dance Journey is an exploration of what becomes possible when respect, presence, and honouring the body are placed at the centre of our experience.
